Madame Mirage is coming to Geek Goddess

Hey everyone! I’ve definitely been a bit of a ghost since my last set, but I’m back! One of our awesome members curated this set so I’m super excited for the launch. I actually wasn’t very familiar with Madame Mirage until she popped up in the forum as a desired character to see. Once I googled her I pretty much fell in love with her design. I even bought the graphic novel (and read every last bit) before shooting! In preparation for this set, there was quite a bit of research done. Finding the perfect location was key and I think we nailed it with the spot we used! I looked through quite a few hotels before I landed on one with a pretty nifty look and feel. I turned to the beautiful Lydia Vengeance to put together the costume and had to scour the internet to find what I consider to be the most dramatic hat ever.  When shoot day rolled around the stress of lugging my photography equipment on a train for the first time ever was in full swing, but I managed to somehow fit a beauty dish into a standard suitcase! We worked for several hours, before my camera died…and I ended up having to charge it and wait in costume for it to get enough juice to finish up. I guess the universe said I needed a break after tackling this pose for my favorite shot in the set. I’m sure you’ll know what it is once the set releases lol. I’m super pysched about you guys input once it goes live. It might very well be in the running for one of my top three sets. 23 more images to edit and into the queue it will go! I sincerely hope you guys love me as the beautiful Mirage just as much as I do.
